Celebrate Thanksgiving with a magnificent selection of wood-fired delights curated by Chef de Cuisine Jordan Keao. Indulge in artful plates, including the main highlight – Tur-Duc-Ken, a culinary marvel featuring a turkey stuffed with a duck, which itself has a deboned chicken stuffed within it, before the poultry trio are slow-roasted over the wood-fire.

For the very first time, two celebrated chefs from the Singapore and Malaysia chapters of the Dom Pérignon Society unite for a singular dining experience. Inspired by the concept of tactility — where texture, taste and emotion come together — this special menu is co-created by Chef Jordan Keao of Butcher’s Block and Chef Darren Chin of the one Michelin-starred DC Restaurant by Darren Chin in Kuala Lumpur.
