In celebration of World Ocean Day, which aims to create a better future with an abundant ocean and a stable climate by encouraging collaborative efforts cross all groups and individuals, partake in a 6-course dining experience that spotlights sustainable seafood, including wild caught Freemantle Octopus, Western Australia Marron and Murray Cod. Delight in a selection of six new epicurean creations specially crafted by Chef de Cuisine Jordan Keao in honour of this occasion, which perfectly aligns with his Hawai’ian philosophy of Malama I Ke Kai, that translates to love and care for the ocean.
Elevate the occasion with a specially curated beverage pairing showcasing four wines and a cocktail – all influenced by the ocean and with sustainability in mind.
